Job Description:

Experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in Aviation Systems and hands-on expertise with Airline / Airport Innovation projects. The candidate will manage and deliver complex aviation technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: o Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for aviation-related technology and innovation projects. o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. o Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues proactively. 2. Technical Expertise: o Provide technical leadership in implementing and managing Airline innovation project, including check-in, boarding, baggage handling systems and messaging. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovation project with other aviation systems like DCS, CUTE, APIS, BRS and AODB. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in aviation systems. 3. Stakeholder Management: o Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. o Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders. o Foster strong relationships with airline, airport, and IT partners to ensure seamless operations. 4. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and enhance passenger experience. o Recommend and implement best practices in projects and aviation technology operations. o Ensure adoption of the product launched and track the same with details reporting. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: o Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines. o Conduct regular testing and validation of systems to ensure reliability and functionality.

Skills: • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the aviation industry. • Knowledge of Passenger Processing Systems (PPS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), and other aviation IT systems. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with IATA standards and airline/airport operational workflows. • Knowledge of network infrastructure and system integration in airport environments.
