Job Description

The Process Support Service Continuity & Excellence Senior Specialist will report to the Head of IT Service Continuity and IT Risk Management, and is part of IT Organization. The role is mainly responsible to maintain IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and its compliance. This role is to be based in Bangalore office. The role is responsible for managing virtual teams working in Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity globally. He/She is also responsible for the following IT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery processes:Ensures critical systems can be timely recovered in event of a disasterChampions content and quality of Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery ProcedureFacilitates global awareness of policy, process and toolsReviews and ensures quality of DR planning and testingDevelops, maintains, and delivers process-related trainingsProduces regular management reports and KPI’sProvides evidence or documents needed for company auditsReviews and submits non-conformances that are linked to service continuityBe involved in ad-hoc special projects when needed Who You Are:University degree or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in IT Service Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity / Emergency ManagementStrong experience working in collaboration with IT Infrastructure and Application teamsStrategy and/or technology consulting experience within a global consulting firm preferredExperience with newer technologies such as Cloud infrastructure and Edge data centersProject management and experience with Agile methodologiesExperience implementing large scale service methodology and toolsStrong Microsoft office skills with proven ability to prepare concise presentations to managementExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem solving skills, ability to break complex problems into manageable tasksExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.Ability to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals and influence with indirect authorityITIL / ISO / BCI Good Practice Guidelines / PMP certifications a plus We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
