Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as Ttechnical Manager O365 for our Enterprise Tech Services team, to will play a key role in helping transform how Morgan Stanley operates

Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for Morgan Stanley supporting all business applications and end users. ETS provides capabilities for all stages of Morgan Stanley’s software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications. ETS also delivers all workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet/internet) in integrated configurations that boost the personal productivity of employees. Application and end user functions are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database functions.

What you’ll do in the role:

Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams handling migration and development efforts.
Develop and implement custom tools and automation solutions for cloud-based Office 365 management.
Oversee integration projects involving SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Establish governance frameworks and enforce security, compliance, and authentication standards across Office 365 environments.
Drive continuous improvements, identifying new technologies and best practices to enhance collaboration solutions.
Lead incident management, troubleshooting complex issues related to authentication, connectivity, and application performance.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and written skills
Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment
Keeping up with evolving M365 SharePoint, .NET, C#, JS, Copilot capabilities and translating them into integration and Governance around the SharePoint Platform

What you’ll bring to the role:

A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering Office 365 solutions
12+ years' experience with strong demonstrable experience in application development, configurations and upgrades.
Strong experience in 0365 Migration, Sharepoint, Poweraaps, Powershell.
Strong C#, .Net, API development, UI development and PowerShell skills.
Expertise in Modern Authentication, Graph API, Azure AD Application, and security protocols.
Experience with Office 365 migration, SharePoint Online architecture, and cloud-based development.
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site permissions, group site management, and OneDrive administration.
Track record of design and delivering a SharePoint & OD Setup and release for an large enterprise
Effective leadership and management of IT staff
Experience working in financial services or consulting firm preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and custom applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS etc.
Knowledge of Single Sign-On technologies (Ping Federate, SAML, Windows Kerberos).
Ability to develop applications and system tools for infrastructure management on-premises and in the cloud.
