JD for finance advisory:

Skills required:

? Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP and/or IFRS

? Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process

? Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective

? Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements

? Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills

? Experience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuring

? Experience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantage

Responsibility

? End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.

? Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements – GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting matters

? Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients

? Assist clients with respect to financial reporting requirements in connection with listing of securities

? Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge

? Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

? Work with stringent deadlines and deliver effectively and efficiently
