Your Role
Total Expeience: 2-4 Years
Location:Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram
- Handle German user issues received via call, email, or chat and create ITSM/ServiceNow tickets.
- Gather complete information, prioritize incidents, and assign severity based on criticality.
- Provide SOP‑based L1 resolution for incidents and service requests.
- Dispatch tickets to L2/L3 teams for issues beyond L1 scope.
- Maintain clear communication with end‑users throughout the request/incident lifecycle.
Your Profile
- Goethe certificate- B2/C1 certification OR BA/MA in German language (mandatory).
- Strong German speaking and writing proficiency.
- Experience handling German language calls.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ITSM/ServiceNow preferred).
- Experience in document/ticket translation.
