Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot network issues of enterprise customers
Expertise in Wireless Controllers
Configuration and optimization of complete Autonomous offerings from Cisco, including 1040, 1140, 1260 series and wireless integrated service routers
Cisco Prime infrastructure series Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting. Cisco Mobility service engine, Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting
Collaborate with the Wireless Networking Business Unit, Escalation Team to address complex cases.
Proficiency in using network analysis tools and running debug commands on Wireless LAN Controllers
