Job Description

Develop/implement/maintain/support an effective Ethics Program
Monitor grievance reporting mechanism and provide requisite support in internal inquiry process
Prepare training materials (including computer-based trainings) and conduct training – internal (employees) and external (business associates)
Develop/implement/maintain/follow-up specific initiatives for key processes of certain support functions
Develop/maintain an awareness and communication ethics program
Conducting corruption and/or other risk assessments.
Work collaboratively with members across all teams in the Group (HR, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Business Units)
Track current development in field of ethics & compliance
Provide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions, where required

Position Requires

4 to 7 years Experience in Ethics Investigation
Position will be responsible for all investigation under whistleblower mechanism of the Company.
Preparing investigation plan and preparation of reports.
Ensuring that the recommendations are implemented.
Proactively review of process to identify potential gaps that may lead to fraud or any wrongdoing.
Participate and lead group initiatives.
Actively working on training and building awareness.

Primary Skills

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience in handling investigation and/or internal domestic inquiry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English), multicultural background would be very much appreciated
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels
Fair in Ethics
