Data engineer DB Design
Job Description
Experience in data modeling or data architecture, with a strong focus on workflow management system systems (e.g., Camunda, IBM BPM, Microsoft Power Automate) and case management systems (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
Experience in data modeling tools like ERwin, pgModeler, IBM InfoSphere, Microsoft SQL
Server Data Tools, or similar.
Experience in system capacity planning to ensuring the high availability and resilience.
Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.
Familiarity with business process modeling and BPMN (Business Process Model and
Notation).
Knowledge of data warehousing and integration technologies (ETL processes, APls, cloud services).
Experience with data governance practices, including metadata management and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience in implementing CI/CD using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.
Experience of DevOps and Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies
Experience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, Visualization, optimisation, availability and performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services is a plus.
