SABE is an Enterprise Utility, tasked to ensure enablement to support business growth across sales and marketing organizations by providing accurate Performance Reporting & Analytics, Global Incentives Servicing, Data Platforms & Capabilities. The current role comes under Merchant Data Platforms & Capabilities which supports a wide range of GMNS platforms and products.

Responsibilities:

Ideate and drive complex and large business transformation initiatives/products
Identify relevant trends and improvement areas in data & UI products
Lead requirement gathering to validation of products in Rally working with business and tech teams
Create User stories, refine features, groom and then test them during UAT and PIV
Drive Customer satisfaction metrics
Manage & Deliver on time high quality analytics
Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends, recommend business solutions and implement strategic initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Expertise in broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation & insights
Technical knowledge on Hive, Python, Tableau, Big Data, GCP (Preferred)
Product Owner experience on Rally
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Data Analysis & Data Management with strong knowledge of Amex Systems
Bachelors in Engineering or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: Experience in Payments/Financial Sector and roles across multiple business units
