The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides exclusive access, differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to premium Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle services. The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.

Global Partnerships and Marketing

Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) within TLS brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey - and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.

The analytics team within GPM is a key function that informs strategy through data driven insights, delivers a robust and ongoing view of key trends, and provides reporting and analytical solutions to drive business growth and strengthen partner relationships.

As the Analyst of Customer Penetration & Growth Analytics, you will be responsible for running data analytics and reporting to inform marketing, partnerships, and product strategy. In this role, you will work with big data to proactively identify opportunities for driving TLS penetration with existing Amex customers, support marketing and levers to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Develop analytics and insights to shape and influence TLS strategic direction, inform key business initiatives and priorities with data driven insights, analyze data to help better understand trends across customer segments, identify key drivers of engagement and loyalty, pinpoint opportunities for growth, assess marketing performance, enhance travel benefits.
Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and strategy teams to fully understand priorities and seek input from partners to strengthen deliverables and continue to develop more robust and on-point analytics.
Manage complex projects independently and work closely with stakeholders on alignment with minimal supervision.
Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.
Work with white space to design and execute analytics solutions to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

Post-Graduation/Graduation from a top tier college
2-4 years of experience in Data analytics
Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with ability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured problems
Ability to Integrate with Cross-Functional Business Partners Worldwide
Knowledge of SQL, Python and Visual BI (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus
