How will you make an impact in this role?

Customer 360 is the enterprise center for customer identity and relations and is the building block of many varied and critical enterprise functions.

As a SABE analyst, you will be responsible for working across product, business & technology teams to ensure timely closure on critical issues, safeguarding critical functions and customer harm. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for providing analytical support and insights to drive improvements in data quality and customer matching rules.

· Independently working with partners/customers to deliver analytical insights and project execution.

· Perform Data Validation for Issues & work with product and tech team to perform the fix.

· Utilize broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation & insights, & reporting solutions.

· Conduct In-Depth Data analysis for Data related Queries and understand the data platform end to end.

· Strategize, plan & execute the of Data improvement projects

· Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends, recommend business solutions and implement strategic initiatives.

· Consult with business owners and recommend appropriate solutions based on clear understanding of business needs

· Able to translate business needs to Technical Needs to collaborate with the technical SCRUM Teams.

· Create high quality and executive ready documentation around campaigns performance reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or Analytical focus areas and/or Engineering.

· Should have experience working in Scrum/Agile. This is Must.

· 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics & Business Servicing experience.

· 2+ years of experience with excellent programming skills on Big Data languages like Python OR Hive will be good to have. Experience in Financial industry preferred.
