Travel counselor (Tier1) - Global Operations, Mid-Back office - Travel and Lifestyle Services 22001044

Accountability (Individual role, Team player), reporting to B30.
Incumbent is responsible for completing stipulated task within pre-defined timelines maintaining speed and accuracy. Should be accounting acumen with data & MIS skills.

Responsibilities:

Mid Back-office position based out of Gurgaon, requires collaborative work with 22 TLS markets for Air and Non-Air processes.
Data visualization and reporting, analytical thinking.
Leverage advanced excel features including macros, VBA, power BI to create data models.
Reconciliation of Vendor payments, Air bookings exceptions & In-depth research of ADM
Tracking of Hotel commissions collections
Proactivity resolving market queries

Qualifications:

· Graduate with 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office

· Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.

· Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting software e.g. (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

· Good interpersonal & communication skills.

· Expertise with accounting and finance procedures.

· GDS (Sabre) knowledge is preferred.

· Understanding of financial tools like Central command.
