The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization, and oversees risk ownership throughout business units, products, and processes. The Human Capital and Internal Fraud Risk team establishes policies and standards, effectively challenges processes, policies, strategies, frameworks and governance procedures devised by first line teams to manage Human Capital and Internal Fraud risks. They also conduct monitoring and reporting on independent risk assessment.

ORM is looking for a Manager of Human Capital and Internal Fraud Risk to partner with a diverse team of high-performing professionals focused on ensuring effective operational risk management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Manager, Human Capital and Internal Fraud Risk will:

Support update of Internal Fraud Risk Management Program & Human Capital Management programs, including policies and standards, governance, roles & responsibilities, and requirements
Perform independent oversight and provide effective challenge to first line through reviews / testing and ongoing monitoring of Human Capital risk & Internal Fraud processes
Contribute to education of first line teams across the enterprise about risk management programs and practices
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory relationship and exams for safety & soundness related regulations

Qualifications

3 years of experience, specifically in in risk management, compliance, internal fraud investigation, or a similar role
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and apply strategic thinking to deliver initiatives to advance a programs’ maturity and development
Ability to identify issues, escalate key findings, and advise on recommended solutions to correct issues and/or mitigate risks
Proven ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion
Aptitude to communicate findings to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders in a clear, logical and structured way
Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information
Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
