USTO - US Targeting Operations team within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS), which provides consultation and execution support to Marketing partners on the implementation feasibility of Targeting & Eligibility strategies within marketing journey, to reach our Consumer and Commercial customers with relevant offers. The Consultation Manager within this team provides recommendations and solutions, based on their deep understanding of data & platforms,  to help marketing reach their yearly goals via effective, compliant & efficient list generation implementation.  These Managers partner closely with the Analytics team, Marketing partners, Product Owners, Technology Teams to ensure timely, accurate customer list generation into the market. They work to resolve complex problems, conduct feasibility analysis, and are also responsible for identifying and leading process improvements that drive efficiency and automation in the campaign list generation process. In addition, they also provide marketing partners with training and guidance on the list generation process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Excellent understanding of marketing operations (MarOps)

·      Responsible for Consultation, Execution and delivery of targeting & Eligibility lists for US Card members (Consumer & Corporate) with 100% Quality & Timeliness.

·      Responsible for Standard Layouts Management for US List Execution Team

·      Working experience with data and/or marketing platforms (UNICA, Adobe etc.)

·      Big data platform/programing (Hive, PySpark etc.) skills preferred.

·      A good understanding of how to research and analyze new requirements.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly in an effective manner

·      Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, even under tight timelines.

·      Good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster good relationships.

·      Solution oriented approach towards problem-solving.

 

·      Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest business requirements and directions.

·      Be able to lead & collaborate to drive process efficiency projects across product and process teams.

·      Provide Stakeholder & Change Management support for all short- and medium-term change/enhancement in the tools and processes.

·      Be able to generate insights from cardmember data, campaign execution trends and provide potential solutions to them for optimal product/feature build/changes.

·      Responsible to create/maintain future scalability, cross-training, and enhancements.

·      Lead a diverse and highly motivated team.

·      Build trust with and inspire the team.

Critical Factors to Success:

·      Extensive hands on experience on leveraging data, platforms, tools and provide recommendations of optimal usage

·       Excellent project management, stakeholder management, collaborating & negotiation skills.

·      Self-starter and ability to generate new ideas in an ambiguous environment.

·      Understand complex business problems with ease and solve complex problems with a highly analytical approach.

·      Ability to multitask – maintains focus despite interruptions. Quickly re-evaluates priorities based on new information; quickly shifts attention between tasks/projects.

·      Ability to tailor communications so that they are easy to understand.

·      Ability to convey technical and business information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals either verbally or in writing.

·      Comfortable with emerging technologies/trends

 

 

Qualifications:

·      Good Understanding of product journey and its impact on operational effectiveness.

·      Basic understanding of Big Data Technologies (Python/PySpark, Hive, SQL etc.,) is preferred.

·      Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in management, Marketing, IT or Engineering from a recognized university.

·      8-10 years of relevant work experience

·      Understanding of application architecture and technology infrastructure prefer

Work Timing : 3:30PM - 11:30PM IST
