Job Description

Guide a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers responsible for delivering measurement readiness/foundations solutions in the area of marketing measurement and marketing portfolio management.
Develop a measurement readiness or foundations roadmap for your team that aligns with business strategy and Objectives and Key Results. Establish project goals, align a person's expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the objectives.
Provide investigative thought leadership in the areas of Measurement through proactive contributions.
Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize capabilities of the measurement team, employing methods which create opportunities for scale, and help to motivate innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with advertisement technology products and the online advertising industry.
3 years of experience in technical people management.
Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Experience with systems design or coding in programming language with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP)
Ability to formulate data-motivated proposals.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and leadership skills with problem solving capabilities.
Excellent business communication skills.
