Job Description

Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives.
Coach the team and demonstrate both expansive and reductive thinking as needed. Invest in your own product and market expertise in the constantly changing Media landscape.
Partner with sales, drive a dual focus on fostering a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer/marketing objectives building within the team to help deliver business through either bespoke or scaled work.
Prioritize and build capabilities of gTech Ads solutions.
Contribute significantly to and own the strategy development and execution for your team, including in areas such as stakeholder management, continuous upskilling, vendorization, automation and operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in leadership with applying data driven insights to have a impact on business performance.
Ability to manage challenging business problems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
