Job Description

Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and go-to Market (GTM) strategies.
Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience identifying client’s challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling opportunities.

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Experience with technical aspects of search and shopping advertising and experience working with product teams on business solutions.
Knowledge of performance ecosystem with focus on accelerating customer success, business growth and driving product adoption.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.
