Job Description

Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that develop scaled solutions with the customers across tiers.
Deliver goals of the organization, establishing relationships with executive leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure alignment on opportunities and customer priorities.
Lead the change management on initiatives that drive automation and efficiency of multifaceted workflows and processes, for customers.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture.
5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
5 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
Experience in consulting, technical consulting in a customer-facing role, with solid results working with a variety of different types of customers, engineers, and business.
Experience working with ad tech products such as ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.
Excellent project management, leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture.
5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
5 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
