Job Description

Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that develop scaled solutions with the intent of being delivered to thousands of customers across tiers.
Deliver a business outlook and establish close relationships with leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure business alignment on opportunities and customer priorities.
Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible, and impactful business strategy.
Lead the change management on initiatives that drive automation and higher efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and our customers.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in systems design or coding in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java) and working with web technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP).
5 years of experience in a technical people management capacity, including leading business transformation initiatives and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders within an organization.
Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
Experience working with ad tech products, including ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.
Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

In this role, you'll be part of a team with engineers and technical experts within the gTech Ads Solutions organization. You'll help create customer-focused solutions and platforms that boost scale, reach, and team velocity for all deliverables to customers, promoters, and partners across both Google Customer Solutions and Large Customer Sales segments. The solutions you launch will impact customers and shape the future product roadmap, all while being built around technical best practices and cutting-edge technology.
