Job Description

Drive site strategy prioritizes forward tracking progress and making data-motivated decisions to align with market plans and company-wide objectives.
Oversee end-to-end execution of site programs by identifying opportunities that improve processes and experience. Move a program forward across verticals.
Coordinate, collaborate, and influence across functions and teams within sites, including Site leadership (e.g., Site Leads, Country Managers, Product Area Site Representatives), Market Human Resource (HR), Internal Communications, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Global Security and Resilience Services, Country Operations, etc.
Develop solutions to problems that may be lacking precedent. Build the infrastructure and processes that can meet India’s scale of operations.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in working with executive leadership.
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a changing environment.
Excellent cultural and emotional intelligence.
Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work towards improvement.
