Contractor-Billable

This contractor role in the Customer Deal Desk team will be operating in a dynamic, multicultural environment spanning multiple countries and lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Working on redlining of Master Agreements, drafting letters for RFP related request, handling standard MAF's and other legal documents to formalize the deal. This includes ensuring all terms are accurately reflected and legally binding.
Coordination: Coordinating with various internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) and sales to facilitate the deal process smoothly and efficiently.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the deal lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the deal cycle, finding practical solutions to resolve them.
Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on the status of deals to management or other stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes of the deals
Stakeholder Engagement: Host and facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders involved in the deal, including sales and other internal teams. This ensures alignment on objectives, requirements, and expectations throughout the deal process.

These responsibilities require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, legal knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Experience & Qualifications:

· Project management skills and ability to document and track key milestones of a project

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with senior level executives

· Ability to lead discussions and drive actions across multiple stakeholders to a successful outcome

· Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts comfortable operating in a fast paced and often high-pressure

environment

· Proficient in MS Office.
