Lead React JS Developer
Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced React.js Developer with 10–15 years of overall experience in front-end development and deep expertise in building scalable and responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning end-to-end UI components, mentoring junior developers, and working in agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced user interfaces using React.js, Redux, Hooks, and TypeScript
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to implement robust, scalable solutions
Lead code reviews and enforce front-end best practices
Manage state, lifecycle, and component rendering efficiently in complex SPAs
Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library
Implement CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of front-end development experience, with at least 5+ years of React.js
Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
Expertise in Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and Component Lifecycle
Hands-on with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration
Experience with Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and ESLint/Prettier
Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library
Familiar with Agile methodologies, Git, and code versioning best practices
Good understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG) and SEO for SPAs
Exposure to Micro Frontends, Next.js, or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) is a plus
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred
