Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. The role requires a proven ability to lead multiple teams, drive high-impact delivery, and mentor senior engineers, while partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams
Drive career growth, performance management, and succession planning
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high engineering standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling for strategic growth

Technical & Delivery Oversight

Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight
Ensure adoption of best practices in software design, testing, security, and CI/CD
Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and roadmap planning
Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects

Strategic & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to define technical strategy
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning
Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations
Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud)
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems
Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
