Job Description

Collaborate with Sales team to drive customer success for our US Local advertisers. As a Sr. Ads Campaign Specialist, you are passionate about understanding business drivers for performance, the range of Amazon products available to our advertisers, and engaging with internal partners to deliver on these.

Key job responsibilities
(1) Collaborate closely with Sales Account Executives to determine optimal support for the customer portfolio.
(2) Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients.
(3) Implement solutions, track performance and optimize against advertiser goals.
(4) Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solutions designed around client goals.
(5) Become an expert on Amazon solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs.
(6) Provide campaign management support across the DSP (MS and SS), OTT (MS and SS), IMDB, Twitch and other relevant product.
(7) Optimize campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals.
(8) In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns.
(9) Work cross-functionally with other Amazon partners to deliver towards business goals. 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience
Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)
Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
Knowledge of DSP within ad platform architecture (bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)
Experience with Excel
Ability to build strong relationship with Stakeholders & Clients.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
An exceptional eye for detail, ability to solve problems and given the fast-paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multi task.
An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves.
