We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer as part of the International Emerging Stores (IES) Shopping Experience team, who is a self-driven, analytical problem-solver with a keen eye for data trends and a penchant for building effective measurement frameworks. Candidate should have a strong background in leveraging a combination of data mining and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. They should be passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging business problems, create operational efficiencies, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Interface with global stakeholders, data engineers, and business analysts to gather requirements, analyze data, and draw informed conclusions
• Conduct end-to-end deep dives using exploratory data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Produce insightful recommendations and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable analytical tools and dashboards to drive key business decisions
• Demonstrate technical expertise in feature engineering, data exploration, and advanced analytics techniques - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
