Primary Skills

Implementation & Configuration:

Lead end-to-end SAP IS Retail implementation, including configuration and customization.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS Retail solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and address discrepancies effectively.

Consultation & Support:

Provide guidance on SAP IS Retail best practices and industry trends.
Optimize retail processes and resolve SAP IS Retail module issues.

Project Management:

Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
Present project status reports and recommendations.

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

Understand client business needs and translate them into SAP IS Retail solutions.
Design functional specifications and ensure alignment with business processes.

Training & Documentation:

Develop and deliver training for end-users and teams.
Create detailed documentation for SAP IS Retail processes and configurations.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on SAP IS Retail advancements and industry practices.
Propose enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Secondary Skills

Conceptualize business or technical solutions by leveraging teams and partners.
Master at least one methodology and have advanced knowledge of business domains or SaaS/package solutions.
Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor activities.
Lead process improvements and perform “as-is/to-be” analysis for business processes or IT systems.
Advise clients on implementing one or more package modules.
Facilitate workshops, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Actively contribute to technology communities and internal/external knowledge development.
Maintain certifications on SaaS or package-based solutions and relevant methodologies.
