Your Role

Marketing Automation: Develop and implement marketing automation programs and campaigns to enhance engagement and ROI.
Martech Analysis: Evaluate the current marketing technology stack from a people, process, and system perspective. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on the analysis.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into innovative marketing solutions by leveraging digital platform capabilities.
Optimization: Recommend and implement solutions to maximize the effectiveness of marketing technology.
Project Management: Design, scope, and specify martech projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Framework Development: Construct models and frameworks to simplify and structure complex situations.
Custom Solutions: Manage the delivery of tailored solutions, including interfaces and system integrations.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging techniques and technologies through research and learning.

Your Profile

6+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or HubSpot.
In-depth knowledge of marketing platforms, enterprise-level systems integration, and IT initiatives.
Proficiency in SQL and database management for handling data effectively.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers, teams, and leadership.

Good To Have

Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
Expertise in API integration and ETL processes.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe certifications.
