Job Description

VMware administration
VMware Environment Build and Design
Planning and execution of level 3 tasks
Vmware Cluster builds and design
vCenter Management
Good knowledge of Upgrades / patching for ESXi / vCenter
Basic working knowledge of Power CLI Scripting
Automation using Orchestrator
vSwitch and dvSwtich Management
Knowledge of Ticketing tool.
Administer and manage vCenter infrastructure
Plan and execute Level 3 VMware tasks
Perform upgrades and patching for ESXi and vCenter
Automate tasks using PowerCLI and VMware Orchestrator
Manage virtual networking (vSwitch and dvSwitch)
Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow (SNOW)
Follow change management processes and ensure compliance

Primary Skills

VMware vCenter Administration
VMware Cluster Build and Design
ESXi / vCenter Upgrades and Maintenance
PowerCLI Scripting (Basic)
VMware Orchestrator Automation
vSwitch/dvSwitch Management
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
