- 6+ years Hands-on development experience using C/C++
- Must have good knowledge of JavaScript and XML
- C/C++ , Object oriented programming knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of JIRA, Git, TeamCity is added advantage
- Ability to handle/coordinate with different stakeholders in the restaurant eco-system
- Knowledge management with expertise on root cause analysis (RCA)
- Achieving quality deliverables by maintaining deadlines and standard best practices
- Gather functional, operational and technical requirements for the defect to be fixed / requirement
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to focus on details
- Work closely with business teams, development team and quality teams for project requirements
- Create, review and finalize standard operating procedures, standards, checklist and overall application deployment (in all environments)
- Functional and system testing and testing methodologies is added advantage
- Facilitate environment readiness preparation, validation
- Good to have knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Good organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
