Your Role

Design and develop custom applications and modules within ServiceNow.Configure workflows, forms, fields, and UI policies to support ITSM processes.
Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
Implement and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Align solutions with ITIL best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Automate workflows and business processes using Flow Designer and scripting.

Your Profile

Hands on experience in IT service management process design
Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suiteFundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solutionWeb portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap.
Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
ServiceNow ITSM with CSA OR CAD Certifications in ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Migration/IntegrationScripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server Script.
