Your Role

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead to lead data testing initiatives across data warehouse, data lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in data validation, ETL architecture, test planning, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive high‑quality test delivery.

Strong hands-on experience in ETL testing across multiple data sources & targets.
Excellent proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.Experience with at least one enterprise database- Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.
Ability to validate data quality, transformations, joins, aggregations, and performance issues.
Ability to lead a team of manual/automation testers.

Your Profile

Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with ETL automation frameworks or scripting (Python/Shell).
Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for report validation.
Basic understanding of API testing.
Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow, ADF, AWS Glue, etc.
Knowledge of Data Quality tools (Informatica DQ, Talend DQ, Great Expectations).Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
