Your Role

Lead enterprise Data Strategy, Data Governance, and MDM initiatives — including data maturity assessments, to‑be frameworks, roadmaps, master data processes, and data lifecycle governance.
Analyze data quality, perform data profiling, create key artifacts (assessment reports, maturity scorecards, risk logs), and define enterprise data architecture and use‑case/KPI frameworks.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT/OT, and global cross‑functional teams; act as the SPOC for master data management and support strategy, design, testing, and implementation activities.
Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, next‑gen data platforms/tools, and deliver thought leadership (PoVs, research, proposals) while supporting transformative engagements.

Your Profile

7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage, and enterprise data frameworks; 3+ years creating data strategy roadmaps.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Data Management (MBA preferred) with strong analytical, consulting, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities for CXO interactions.
Hands‑on experience with data management tools (SQL, ETL, profiling, cataloging), working with large/ unstructured datasets, performing root‑cause analysis, and driving data‑driven business solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and in agile environments across multiple end‑to‑end data/MDM projects, with industry exposure in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail.
