Your Role

Total Experience: 9- 12 Years Only

Location: Mumbai only

Lead end‑to‑end implementation and continuous improvement projects for ServiceNow/Salesforce platforms.
Define and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure delivery within scope and timelines.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across business teams, IT, and external vendors.
Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive governance.
Report project progress to stakeholders and ensure full compliance with Agile or traditional delivery frameworks.

Your Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology implementation or improvement projects.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce project delivery.
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or traditional PMI‑based project methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; fluency in English mandatory.
