Job Description

Role of Digital & Process Transformation is responsible for leading the organization’s digital transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts. This role combines expertise in both technical and business analysis to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital adoption across the company. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align transformation initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

We seek a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Transformation Specialist to drive the evolution of our recruitment processes and enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, data-driven decision-making, and the latest trends in talent acquisition technology.
