Responsibilities: • Participate in and/or lead global HR projects including defining scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communicating progress, and coordinating testing. • Design, develop, and execute testing protocols that include unit testing, integration testing and system testing, as driven by the requirements. • Define reporting requirements by working with our business stakeholders and other business units. Will also be responsible for producing ad-hoc data extracts, table management, training, and data validation and integrity. • Collaborate with both IT and Business partners to clarify requirements and to support development. Verifies solution proposal for business requirement coverage. • Respond to requests from IT and Business teams and work from documented detailed business requirements in the context of target business outcome. Business requirements must consider business processes, data, business, and technology. Daily support for all areas of the HR systems including set up and support of structures, authorizations, and an understanding of configuration. • Provide technical support for HR data file movements (payroll, benefits, etc.). • Design, implement, and support integrations related to iCIMS, SuccessFactors Employee Central and Validated Learning Management, SAP HCM, SAP Portal, ADP, MarketPay, WorkHuman, and Eclipse. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Economics,Bachelor of HR Development,Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: None Technical and Professional Requirements: • 8+ years related experience required with SAP HR modules in SAP SuccessFactors & SAP ECC. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a varied and global client base. • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong ability in MS Office applications such as MS Excel. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. • Operates with integrity, transparency, and humility. • Acts as a true company owner to advance the overall interests of the Organization. • Carries a broad global perspective of markets, technologies, and trends. • Balances clear strategic thinking and accountability in execution to deliver results. • Actively creates the conditions for the Organization’s people and teams to succeed.
