Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. • You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. • You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms. • You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance. • You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: Minimum of 9 years overall experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow Solutions including CSM, ITSM solutions • 5+ years of proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Custom applications and integrating with several 3rd party applications. • At least 2 end to end ServiceNow CSM implementation experience • Strong understanding of CSM CSDM model along with expertise on products, assets, sold products and install bases and their relationship with Accounts and Consumers • Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill. • Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. • Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe solutions with a business focus Technical and Professional Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow,Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-CSM,Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-HRSD,Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-ITOM
