Intune, EUC Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities: • Leverage Intune to build and manage the configuration of physical and virtual computer endpoints • Build, configure, and deploy OS updates and patches • Build and deploy software packages, updates, and patches • Act as a point of escalation for complex endpoint incidents • Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs). • Configure and enforce group policies and computer policies to ensure compliance and standardization across the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new systems and applications, providing technical expertise on Windows infrastructure. • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides. • Develop and maintain PowerShell and other scripts to automate system tasks to streamline administration improve operational efficiency. • Provide technical leadership for end user computing initiatives • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to end user compute engineering Educational Requirements Bachelor of Arts,BSc,Bachelor Of Comp.
