Technology Lead
Job Description
Responsibilities: • Overall 7 years plus of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer • 5 plus years of experience working on Windows 2016/2019/2022 operating system , **Troubleshooting skills are MUST • 1 plus years in Powershell, scripting skills • Understanding of infrastructure automation, monitoring, alerting **Patching, upgrading and fixing vulnerabilities of Windows servers and application softwares • Good understanding of storage technologies • Experience with patching, commissioning, decommissioning of servers, • Experience working on Linux and Openshift would be an advantage • Experience on Enclave setup • Experience working with Citrix would be an advantage • Should have participated in application software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting it • Ability to work in an incident management system. • Experience with working on Service Now or any other similar ticketing tool • Good understanding and exposure to ITIL. • Light firewall experience for security of web applications. Strong security experience • Lead by examples, contribute in team retrospective meeting and collaborate with the other platform engineers • Work experience in Securities and Capital markets in an added advantage but not mandatory. • Provide on call support Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: Technical and Professional Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Infrastructure-Server Administration->MS-Windows
