Job Description
Responsibilities: The Principal Quality Programs will plan and implement org-level strategies for assigned services, develop plans for implementing large improvements in specific set of services and set the improvement targets for selected services in order to achieve scalability, sustainability and improvements in productivity, Quality, delivery excellence and customer Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: The Principal Quality Programs will collate feedback on the process, develop the process management plan under the guidance of the Head – Process Groups, plan and review development of processes and related process aids i.e. guidelines, checklists, templates that are established and maintained in PRidE and the measurement system Technical and Professional Requirements: The Principal Quality Programs will design and provide system requirements to IS for implementation of systems and plans for review and control of implementation of systems in selected services. S/he will identify, evaluate and propose new competencies, certification and training programs and review the development of competency certifications and design
