Job Description

Responsibilities: BMC REMEDY:- Knowledge on BMC Suite Installation Knowledge on BMC ITSM Remedy Knowledge on SmartIT/MyIT(Digital Work-Place) Knowledge on Service Request Management Knowledge on Smart reporting Knowledge on BMC CMDB Asset Management, as per agreed SLAs Experience in Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, Performance tuning, Patch implementation, Upgrades and development of ITSM remedy Follow the ITIL standard best processes. Knowledge on BMC ADDM, True-Sight will be added advantage. SOLUTION DESIGN:- • Strong knowledge and Implementation experience in COTS Product mainly in Order orchestration, decomposition and designing of BPMN based workflows • Must have expertise in the Order manager, Workflow design and Catalog based orchestration using COTS Product for Fulfilment domain • Must have experience in Fulfillment orchestration using COTS Product. • Ability to design, implement, integrate solutions for catalog driver uber orchestration in Sigma OM • Should have knowledge of service fulfilment and service order management processes. • Hands on experience of Sigma order management product design would be an added advantage • Fair understanding of SID standards in terms of PSR Entities (Product/CFSS/RFSS), UML data modelling experience will be a plus • Experience in integration with context of Order fulfilment (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST , XML , JMS , JSON, etc • Understanding of Mobile Networks (3G , 4G, 5G) would be an added advantage • Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals • Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements • Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID) Educational Requirements Master Of Technology,Master Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: None Technical and Professional Requirements: Experience - 2-5 Yrs Location - PAN India DC.
