As a Business Analytics and Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analysing data, creating meaningful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights from data and contribute to the success of our GBS functions.If you’re passionate about data and insights and have a strong background in data analytics & business intelligence reporting using the latest technologies we encourage you to apply! Who you are:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written) Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience Primary Skills: Two years or more of experience in large, matrixed organizationsExperience in analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau or Qliksense. Certification in Business analytics is highly desirable.Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.Experience in data processing tools like DBT, Alteryx, Dataiku etcExposure to AWS data services (Lambda, S3 data handling, RDS/CosmosDB etc) is a strong plus Secondary Skills:Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through data solutions.Experience in working with GBS functions or similar shared services environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCreative mindset : Ability to develop eye-catching reports and charts that convey the message clearly and crisply.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearlyAbility to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projectsStay current with industry trends and advancements in data technologies to drive innovation Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyse data from various GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR etc) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar analytics platforms.Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.Business Insights and Decision Support:Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements and challenges.Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.Support decision-making processes by presenting clear insights and actionable recommendations.SQL Expertise:Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, HR, and others, to understand their data & analytics needs.Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Apply now and become a part of our diverse team!
