Job Description

Responsibilities:Setup of JIRA/Confluence for ERP ProjectsERP Project Budget / Actual Tracking across multiple ERP systems with different countriesTrainings:admin to support trainingsassinment via HR tools to Key UsersParticipate in training need analysis to understand the scope and requirements of the Project training streamSet up a training structure that suits the project or globalization initiative. This includes:Set up and organization of training material storage locationSet up of valid training structure in Learning platform while keeping a suitable naming conventionAssignment of trainings to users – via standard assignment and mass uploadReporting capabilities – use different reports to gather information for the required purpose, e.g. training completion for access provision, training data for audit checks etc.Decommissioning of old training structures if neededSupport Onboarding of new business colleagues on LEAN program and methodologyTracking of Tasks & Status for different ERP ProjectsMeeting OrganizationCreation of PowerPointsPO Creation & Invoice Tracking Requirements:Good communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work independently but diligently.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willing to learn.Working from Bangalore Office, but with possibility to work from Home.Fluent business communication in English.We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
