Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Should have high level understanding of business knowledge and product knowledge. Proficient in understanding the impact of non-adherence to O2C cycleShould be able to analyze the impact of non-adherence to Technical Service process. Ability to suggest process improvements in the TS.Any other additional tasks depending on the specific country or organization as requested by your Associate Manager/ManagerMaintain & update process related documents in timely mannerShould be able to handle all process related queriesShould be responsible for generating accurate reports before deadlinesProper response on email queries received from the customers or internal teamAny other additional tasks depending on the specific country or organization as requested by your senior authorities.Education:Doctorate / PostgraduateExperience:Requires minimum of 4-10 work experience in a similar positionWork hours- 1.30pm to 10.30pmHybrid – 3 day’s work from office We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
