Job Description
Job Title: Senior Key Account Specialist, Customer Excellence, PS IndiaJob location : Peenya, Bangalore Role description Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with customer to understand their business criticality and expedite solutions that align with their goals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client requirements.Track and analyze shipment performance metrics, providing regular reports to customer and internal stakeholders.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree with proven experience in Key account management or customer service, preferably with key or major accounts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong knowledge in ERP module,Oracle, CRM toolExcellent presentation skills Expert in Excell reports
