Job Description

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONSupport regional Marcom and events team and commercial in planning and executing on regional (tier 3 and 4) and customer events. Ensure global consistency of product messaging and brand with content, tools and material as well as assisting with the implementation of specific marcom tactics such as advertising and collateral creation and translation.Supports North America (NA) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) tradeshows with logistical support. Job Location: Shared Business Services, BangaloreShift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Implement Process Solutions communication strategy by adapting global content, tools and templates for all countries Implement the global and local Marcom processes and continuously work on the localization efficiency by standardizing tools. Is the local brand consultant to implement the brand guidelines and copyright rules Collaborate with global Marcom Partners on the deployment of new creative concepts and marketing communications campaigns to local needs Support local marketing activities (T3 & T4 customer events, seminars, conferences, congresses…) by creating or adapting global tools or developing local ones such as banners, booths, brochures, flyers, posters…. Support social media activities by creating visuals and content Support press and media strategy by adapting and broadcasting ads to local magazines Select, oversee design and order promotional items and supports (give aways, posters, banners…). Share best practices by assisting to the relevant meetings with stakeholders and by reporting activities to the Marcom monthly update Contribute to cost controlling using state of the art tools (PO).QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCEBachelor’s/ master's degree in marketing/communications/business administration or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experiences in relevant field (Marketing Communications & event planning)Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail including demonstrated skills in prioritization, time, and budget management. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with limited supervision to meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure effectively in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones and geographies. Familiarity with digital marketing channels Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn additional software applications related to the role Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, first project management experience Up to speed with current off- and online marketing techniques and best practices, writing and editing skills for print and web BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with marketing tools and software, as well as industry-standard practices for event planning and marketing.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Result Driven
