SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONSets up and executes display, programmatic display, and video campaigns.Owns technology platforms, such as DV360 or similar tools used under the business.Develops impactful digital marketing strategies and implements efficient processes.Drives change by creating standardized and automated campaign approaches to enhance efficiency in campaign execution and customer targeting.Plans, manages, and reports on budgets and spending.Collaborates with eBusiness and data experts to elevate channel capabilities and support business needs.High networking capability with focused modalities, MarCom, and digital marketing teams.Serves as the go-to person for digital display campaigns, staying on top of technology and market trends and sharing this knowledge with the broader organization.Acts as a reliable partner for stakeholders, educating them on digital media capabilities. Job Location: Shared Business Services, Bangalore ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPlans, implements, and executes programmatic display and video campaigns to reach customers in digital channels, targeting specific profiles, interests, and behaviours.Develops standardized and automated campaign approaches to improve campaign execution efficiency.Coordinates with internal teams such as MarCom, focused modalities, digital marketing analytics, E2E web experience team, and franchises.Cooperates with external partners, including media agencies, publications, and consulting agencies.Up to date on technology and market trends in digital display and programmatic campaigns and shares insights with the organization.Plans, manages, and reports on budget and spending related to digital display and programmatic campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCEBachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing/Communication/Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 8-12 years of experience in relevant fieldGoogle Ads Certification-desirable.Certified Digital Marketing Professional-preferred.Adequate experience in digital media and programmatic campaign management.Proficiency in developing digital marketing approaches and processes.Experience in creating standardized and automated campaign approaches to enhance efficiency.Proficiency in setting up and executing display, programmatic display, and video campaigns.Experience with technology platforms like DV360 or similar.Strong collaboration skills with internal teams (eBusiness and data experts) and external partners.BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESStrong understanding of business targets, stakeholder needs, and translating them into efficient campaign setups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with marketing tools and software, as well as industry-standard practices for event planning and marketing.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Result Driven
