SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:To manage overall activities of the sales support team of Shared Business Service. Develop metrics to measure the team and individual performance who will interact with all levels of the process. This role is highly motivated, result-oriented, organized, and flexible enough to handle various tasks and adapt to various business needs and requirements. PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe purpose of this position is to provide support to both internal and external customers, providing them a professional, accurate and efficient response which will help them to achieve their requirements and also to build good rapport wiEnter email and fax orders accurately according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and country rules as per agreed timelines in Oracle/SAP.Managing internet and B2B orders and process price and availability requestsSend out the COA, COO & MSDS to the customers as per agreed timelines.Identify and follow up customer specific requirements.Set up internet profile registrations and handle password resets.Send out documentation to customers including certificates and copies of order documentation.Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly customer specific open order reports.Maintaining customer master data and thoroughly vetting all new customers before creating an account.Ensure expected productivity and accuracy is maintained consistently.Open Order Management (Block orders, Web Order Block & Backorder Management)Maintain & update process related documents in timely manner.Should be able to handle all process related queries.th customers for growth of organization.Requires minimum of 1-3 year work experience in a similar position. SAP/Oracle user knowledge – Advance Proficiency ExpectedShould have excellent knowledge in SAP/Oracle and all transactions which used for downloading the reports. Complete knowledge to find out a vendor for a product according to Lot number.Should have the thorough knowledge of transactions like stock availability, product information etc. Should have the knowledge to find right customer accounts using different attributes.Should have the thorough knowledge of transactions like stock availability, product information etc. Should have the knowledge to find right customer accounts using different attributes. Microsoft Office- Advance Proficiency ExpectedShould be able to make best use of MS office and excel in order to create Data analysis, reports, PowerPoint presentation, pivot table, lookup etc without any supervision.Excellent knowledge in making data analysis, reports, PowerPoint presentations, pivot table, graphs, Lookups etc Key Board Skills– Advance Proficiency ExpectedShould have excellent skills in operating keyboard and should be aware of all the keyboard shortcuts to achieve maximum throughput. Communication Skills (Written/Spoken English)– Advance Proficiency ExpectedExcellent in written and spoken English. Moreover, should have capability to work with team from different geographies and people from diverse backgrounds.Ability to effortlessly work across cultures - emails and phone etiquettes.Advance proficiency in Interpersonal skills.Proficiency in and Problem solving and Impactful communication.Basic proficiency in Planning & execution, Customer orientation, Business acumen and Nurturing teams.Limited proficiency in Strategic orientation and Leading change.
