Project Manager - Hub Operations & Strategy

Job Description

Project Manager, Hub Operations & Strategy is supporting the Hub Leader and the Hub LT in building and executing the strategic roadmap.Collaborates within the Hub LT, MBS Leadership and stakeholders to define, execute, and monitor strategic & engagement initiatives.Leads and manages hub’s complex or light projects and initiatives, ensuring successful and timely completion.Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to deliver desired outcomes of strategic initiatives.Supports the facilitation of strategy activation activities, change management and information flow throughout the hub, MBS or Merck organization.Drafts and reviews internal and external communications, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings (Hub LT, MBS LT and stakeholder meetings).Develops and implements procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and consistent operations across the organization.Pioneers We4Us activities in the hub.Supports Environment, Health & Safety and Business Continuity measures in the hub.•    Supports the development and implementation of the strategic vision and goals in alignment with the organization's overall mission and objectives.•    Oversees special projects and initiatives that are critical to the success of the organization and require coordination at the head office level.•    Supports initiatives in ensuring the hub has robust operations.EducationAcademic degree in business management ( MBA or equivalent ) from Top Institutes IIM,ISB preferredWork Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience in different roles in a corporate or consulting environment with varying scopes and responsibilities related to strategy definition, project management, strategy activation and implementationMinimum 4 years experience in similar rolesProven success in major projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements.Significant experience working in GBS environmentSignificant Experience working with senior stakeholders from various functions at country, regional and global levels.Extensive experience working with Global, sometimes virtual, operational delivery teams.Functional & personal skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProject management expertiseChange management skillsExcellent organization skills & results drivenCombines strategic thinking with effective execution.Strong intercultural & virtual team management skillsStrong knowledge of GBS Fluent in English language
