Job Description

Title: Specialist – RedwoodLocation: Bangalore – Electronic City The Technical Lead Redwood at Global Enterprise Solution (GES) will be responsible to develop Finance Automation use cases utilizing different capabilities of Redwood. Who you are:Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer scienceProficiency in English (Verbal, Written) Professional Skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePrimary Skills:Proven experience 4-7 years of experience in delivering Finance automation (R2R, Journal Entries, Intercompany) projects using Redwood.Proficient knowledge of Redwood Finance Automation components (process/chains/data transformers/tables)Experience in using the system interface and a good understanding of the working of Orchestrator, Runner, WorkbenchAbility to interpret and write complex REL/JavaScript expressionsKnowledge in HTML, CSS for Front-End Design and back-end programming using Java is a plusConfigure and maintain Redwood Tables and utilize process chain parameters.Competency in understanding and/or knowledge in accounting processes (FI/CO, GL AR & AP)Good understanding of the underlying ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, etc)Good functional knowledge of Finance Accounting processes. Secondary Skills:Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through Automation solutions.Innovation: Stay curious and explore technologies trendsConsulting & Customer centric mindset.Experience in delivering solutions for GBS domains Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Designer and support inUnderstanding of user requirements and process designsDeveloping rules and logic within processes / chains adhering to the best practices and standardsHelp in planning and successful global rollout across the regionsLead the configuration phase during implementation byEstablishing connection with ERP system and ensure successful data transferBuilding ETL logic to process data from ERP and different data systemsCustomize or develop use case specific components using Redwood ScriptUtilize Redwood Expression Language for exception handling and decision flows.Configure and maintain Redwood Tables and utilize process chain parameters.Ensure quality of the configuration byPreparation of test scripts and its execution to ensure the performance of the processes is aligned with the requirementsHandling of system bugs and suggesting ways to resolve issues arising out of the SIT/UAT.Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all the design requirements are met, and timelines are maintained during the implementation.We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
