Job Description

The IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (IT PMO) at is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution and governance of over 1,000 IT projects across three sectors and support functions. The IT Projects and Portfolio Management Support assist key stakeholders, including IT project managers, portfolio leaders, accounting, and controlling, in the execution of various processes such as creation of tickets for approvals, change requests, accounting, forecasting, and master data management. Who you are:Basic Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, IT)Experience: 4+ YearsAbility to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures and remote teams in different time zonesExcellent interpersonal communication skills consisting of excellent English writing and speaking skillsStrong customer orientation Analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence.Results oriented.Ability to identify complex issues and bottlenecks that sometimes cross departmental boundaries and proactively resolve themTeam player.Previous experience with transactional systems and processes (eg ERP, P2P, SNOW...) a plus Preferred Qualifications:1st level support to project and portfolio management systems and tools users.Open tickets on request, follow up on user requests (e.g. licence/access requests and update license documentation), troubleshoot issues & test solutions, communicate on progressEnsure user manuals and workings instructions are up to date according to tools releases and process changesDocument attendance and feedback records for learning sessions and other trainingSupport preparation of Portfolio Management Office newsletters, and intranet information for end usersSupport global ERP rollouts (e.g. testing) impacting projectsManagement of the ERP setup reference list used for collaboration with accountingProject and Portfolio Management tool master data updates based on financial/controlling inputSupport automation enhancements and processes simplification.
